OTHER INFORMATION Original prints and start-up costs: Originals are received digitally as vectorized PDF, EPS or AI files, where all text must be saved in ”paths/text outlines”. A vectorized file is considered a print-ready original where the file contains everything that will be printed, i.e. no text or anything else needs to be added. Other file formats such as TIFF or JPG are considered non- print-ready originals and an additional charge will apply. For repeat orders, i.e. a reorder of a previously printed product, the initial cost is discounted, as we already have originals that are ready to use. NOTE! A start-up cost is always added to printing orders. Keep in mind that: The better the original, the better the end result! Print colours We use the Pantone Matching System (PMS). Please indicate which PMS number applies to the applicable print colours when ordering. PMS colours that are not 100%, e.g., shades, are printed in grids. We use 60-inch grids for screen printing, and 80-line grids for pad printing. (lpi= lines/inch) When ordering, we will of course do our best to reproduce the desired PMS colour as precisely as possible, but we cannot guarantee that the printed colour will be an exact match, especially on substrates other than white. Proofs: Proofs will always be sent for approval before production begins (even on repeat orders), and planning for the printing process only begins when we have received your approval. If any issues are detected in the proof or other changes are desired, notify us as soon as possible and we will send a new proof. If repeated changes are made to the same proof, a charge will apply from the third proof. After approval of the proof, the customer is responsible for any errors. Also keep in mind that the delivery period starts only after we have received the approved corrected proof. Delivery terms and conditions, delivery time and delivery method: We apply ALG10. (General delivery conditions for graphics services, Swedish “Allmänna leveransvillkor för grafiska prestationer”) The normal delivery time for unprinted goods is generally a few days and for printed goods, approximately 10 working days after approved proofs. Of course, we always strive to deliver the exact quantity ordered, but over/under- delivery (+/-8%) can still occur, especially when more complex multi-colour prints are ordered. Upon delivery, the goods should always be checked as soon as possible. If, for example, any damage to the packaging is noted, this must be reported to the transport company upon receipt. If you are not satisfied with the products for any other reason, you should inform us and file a claim as soon as possible. This should be submitted to the person who received your order. (If you are satisfied with the products, you are of course also welcome to tell us.) In most cases, delivery is done through Postnord. If you know that the delivery address is not always staffed during office hours, it is helpful if you mention this when ordering and at the same time enter a mobile number for, e.g., sms notification. 82
